● Responsibilities:
1. In charge of approval of import and export goods’ documents, production of documents, clearance, tax concession and write-offs.
2. Approval of import and export goods’ documents and clearance.
3. Examine and confirm approval documents as well as production of documents.
4. Dealing with approval documents involving Foreign Trade & Economy Commission and annual Customs inspection.
5. Dealing with declaration, examination, tax collection, price reviewing and release, as well as CIQ declaration, inspection, certificate of origin and so on.
6. Dealing with write-offs of Customs handbook and foreign exchange management including receipt and payment of foreign exchange and their write-offs after clearance.
7. Dealing with tax refund in tax authorities and other related procedures after clearance.
8. Coordinate operation between customs and business, operation between within the company and shipments.
● Requests:
1. Major: College degree or above majoring in international trade, logistics and other related professions.
2. Age: From 21 to 35.
3. Work Experience: Work experience over 2 years or excellent graduates.(The ones who had training of import and export business procedures, national legal policies of import and export related desirable ).
4. Basic Skills: The ones have certificate of inspection, certificate of Customs specialist desirable. Familiar with procedures of Customs declaration, know national import and export policies well, possess ability of analyzing and solving problems independently and capability of communication.
5. Basic Quality: Be honest, dedicated, prudential, active, responsible, and self-disciplined.
6. Computer Skills: Be proficient in Office applications.
7. Language Ability: CET6, JLPT N2 or above.
